What is your refund policy?

Refunds: We offer refunds on eligible products only within 24 hours after your purchase, To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Please notice that we will not refund after 24 hours, because the item will be shipped already.

How do I return a product?

We accept returns only for products that are significantly damaged upon arrival. To return a high-damage product, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Damaged boxes are not returnable.

We do not accept returns for products if you simply change your mind or do not like them. Returns are only accepted for products that are significantly damaged.

We source our products from reputable manufacturers and suppliers in Japan and China. Each product is carefully selected to ensure it meets our quality criteria. If you have specific questions about the origin of a product, please feel free to ask.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can make changes or cancel the order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in transit, we cannot make changes or cancellations.
